Organizations benefit from cloud computing through the consumption of computer resources like a virtual machine, storage, and application (Kumar & Vidhyalakshmi, 2018). Moreover, Cloud computing boasts additional benefits for both the end users and businesses. Nevertheless, the transfer of all resources to the cloud environment poses serious challenges to the organization. The first challenge that the organization faces concerns data security as a cloud environment makes resources open to everyone for access. However, the primary setback lies in the fact that cloud computing is naturally easy to share and is done across various users. This calls upon the incident handlers to understand in a better and detailed cloud computing dynamics and concepts (“Cloud Computing Security, Privacy and Forensics: Issues and Challenges Ahead,” 2018).

        That said, incident handlers ought to have a better understanding of cloud computing dynamics and concepts as their prime set of skill. The additional major challenge brought about by cloud environment is it’s susceptibility to cyber attacks and threats.  In comparison to other options, however, data invasion in a cloud environment is somehow secure, a challenge that most organization face in a cloud environment. Moreover, the dependency of the cloud environment on parallel technology, for instance, transaction management is another prime challenge faced by many organizations and ought to be properly examined. Further, without memory analysis, it is difficult for incident handlers to efficiently take care of the problems associated with cloud computing (Martin-Flatin, 2014).

        From the above discussions, it is pretty clear that the challenges posed by the cloud environment are not easy to solve by incident handlers. As such, organizations ought to work on better strategies aimed at ensuring a stead safety in the future. On the other hand, incident handlers should be equipped with the best training an environment to excel in their respective areas of specialization.
