Describe the perspectives of all stakeholders (both internal and external) on the quality improvement issue

This issue should include both a policy and process aspect, and require improvement in both of these areas. Explain the quality improvement issue related to your current workplace in a clear and succinct manner. Be sure to provide details on both the policy and process aspects of the issue. Evaluate the current state of your organization as it relates to the identified quality improvement issue. Be sure to do the following as part of your evaluation: Include a SWOT analysis of the organization. Describe the perspectives of all stakeholders (both internal and external) on the quality improvement issue. Map out the current process(es) related to the quality improvement issue using a flow chart diagram and identify any problems or bottlenecks that exist. Analyze how economic, ethical, political, legal, or other organizational factors are related to, or contribute to, the quality improvement issue. Determine strategies to be used for improvement using PDSA (. PDCA) by answering the following questions and completing the associated requirements: Plan- What do you hope to be accomplished by your plan? Define the objectives that you hope your proposed recommendations will accomplish as related to specific organizational performance outcomes. (., By June 30th 2018 there will be a 10% increase in patient satisfaction scores) Do- What is the plan that you propose to be done? How do you plan to do this? Describe the solutions you would recommend to improve the policy or policies related to the quality improvement issue. Also, map out a new process or processes that will address the problems and/or bottlenecks you identified during your evaluation using a flow chart diagram. Study (Check)- What data will you analyze? Why? What can you predict from this data? Define the evaluation criteria you will use to determine the success of your recommendations as measured by the performance outcomes. Act- What changes do you anticipate you will need to make as a result of the data? (Although actual data will not be available at this point, your answer to this question should be based on your hypothesis of what the data will show). Include a brief conclusion that summarizes the main points of your paper. Reference at least 4 outside sources and include in-text citations and a reference page. Study- Identifies the data the student will analyze, explains what they can predict from this data, and defines the evaluation criteria they will use to determine the success of the recommendations as measured by the performance outcomes.
