Read through the student interactivity at the 
Annenberg Learner

From there, select “Take me to the main interactives page” under the heading “Student Interactivities.” On that page, scroll down to “History Interactivites” and select “Renaissance.”
 
Proceed through the activity, following every link that offers additional information. When you reach the “Exploration and Trade” section, complete the “Become a Spice Trader” assignment.
