In this section, offer the reader a brief summary of your experience while completing the a Decision Making Style instrument. What did you learn about your decision making style and how can this knowledge help prepare you as a leader? Are there areas you can focus on and improve? Was the instrument lacking in some way or ways? Please cite the text at least once within this section.
In this section, offer closure for your reader. Summarize and reinforce as necessary.
