A is a Nurse Manager in the NJ hospital. She was a floor manager in the medical surgical unit when this author first had a career as a registered nurse (RN) in the United Status. She was recently promoted to director of nursing. This interview was conducted by phone in Friday afternoon when her busy weekly schedule was over.
