Write a double-spaced, three-page research article on the instances of ethical breaches in corporate labor relations. Complete the following tasks to create the article.

Task 1: By Friday, September 13, 2013, research the Internet for reports on U.S.-based organizations that have allegedly breached laws related to ethical conduct in business with respect to labor or human resources. Limit your research to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements. Identify two examples of poor corporate labor relations policy, related to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements, along with examples of the breaches.

Task 2: On Saturday, September 14, 2013, analyze the available information, including case studies, to determine whether these breaches were downright unlawful. To determine if these breaches were illegal, you may search for and analyze the rulings from the following bodies:

  • Department of Labor
  • Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
  • National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)

Provide insight into employee rights related to the two examples you chose.

Task 3: On Sunday, September 15, 2013, compile the research article. Use the following format:

Page 1: A summary of the two ethical breaches related to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements.

Page 2: Analysis of these ethical breaches from the legal point of view with appropriate references

Page 3: A summary of employee rights related to the two ethical breaches you identified

All written assignments and responses should follow APA rules for attributing sources.

The recommendations must address the following concerns:

  • Do white men fit into a diversity requirement?
