2. The lessons identified demonstrated critical reflection. (7.5 marks)
3. Improvement strategies for each lesson are described against the five components of the SMART process. (SMART – Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bounded). (7.5 marks)
4. A clear flow of thought throughout with a clear purpose described in the introduction and a clearly articulated conclusion. Format and style is professional as if being presented to a project board and caters for different learning preferences. (7.5 marks).
