In this assignment, you will develop two separate outlines use full sentences where needed do not just do bullet points for everything (2 pages for each health issues w/ atleast one scholary references for each topic cited APA format a total of 3 sources for both outlines must be used and cited throughout the outlines) to be used for my infographs (informative posters) to discuss two separate health issues relevant to the LGBT communities. In each infographic you will discuss:

  • What is the health problem
  • Which group(s) are most likely to be at risk
  • What social/behavioral/health system determinants affect this
  • Identify at least two potential interventions/activities the community, community health agency, community health nurse could offer to prevent and or support this health issue
  • What resistance might be met in implementing the intervention/activity

Local School Health

Investigate how school health is delivered within your local school system. You can look at one specific school, or an entire school district. Do the schools in your area have a school health nurse assigned (Yes)? If not, how are health care needs within the school district managed? What are ways in your area schools in which health promotion and management of existing health problems are addressed?

Make very generalized. We live in a middle-class suburbin area w/ normal public schools.

I live in NJ, the most common disasters are flash floods and hurricanes. My level of preparedness was not very good. This is a discussion post make the response as generalized as possible b.s. personal details as needed.
