In this assignment, you will be completing a health assessment on an older adult. To complete this assignment, do the following:

Many different networking tools are currently being used by nursing professional to improve patient safety, patient satisfaction and overall well-being. some of these networking tools include Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites, tele health nursing and many nurses networking sites like NurseZone and AllNurses. These sites can offer a lot of different opinions and feedback. The big thing to remember when networking is to be active in the communication process; don’t just be a fly on the wall. I have networked in my community in the workplace by getting referrals for the Haitian community on healthier living and support groups to help them reach a healthier lifestyle, resources they can use to obtain more information on exercising.
