Objectives: The presentation assignment has several goals. It requires students to apply concepts from Marketing, Dealing with demanding patients and creating office videos in Healthcare Institutions. The process of create a video will allow students to practice close the advantages, potential subject of the video for the office and choosing specific topics to take the opportunity to educate, a skill they will be using as Healthcare Administrator. In addition, presenters learn as they teach others and contribute multiple critical perspectives to class discussion.
Format and Guidelines: The student will create a Power Point Presentation from Chapter 9 to 16 of the Textbook and the Article related to Week 2 (Choose your desire topic form these chapters). The Presentation should have a minimum of 12 slides, including Title Page, Introduction, Conclusion, and References. 
The student must use other textbooks, research papers, and articles as references (minimum 3).
Due date: Friday, March 15, 2019  at 11:30PM.
  
EACH PAPER SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Title Page: Topic Name, Student Name
2. Introduction: Provide a brief synopsis of the meaning (not a description) of the topic you choose, in your own words
3. Content Body: Progress your theme, provide Material, illustrations and  Diagram to explain, describe and clarify the Topic you choose.
4. Conclusion: Briefly summarize your thoughts & conclusion to your critique of the articles and Chapter you read. 
5. References: The student must use other textbooks, research papers, and articles as references (minimum 3).

Use the Internet and Strayer Library to research this technique. Research the top three (3) selling brands of virtualization software.
Imagine that the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of your organization, or of an organization in which you are familiar, has tasked you with researching the potential for using virtualization in the organization. You must write a report that the CTO and many others within the organization will read. You must also summarize the paper and share your key ideas, via a PowerPoint presentation, with the CTO and steering committee of the organization.  
This paper and presentation should enlighten the organization as to whether or not virtualization is a worthwhile investment that could yield eventual savings to the organization.
Section 1: Written Report
Write an six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you:
Compare and contrast the top three (3) brands of virtualization software available. Focus your efforts on components such as standard configuration, hardware requirements price, and associated costs.
Examine the major pros and major cons of each of the top three (3) software packages available. Recommend the virtualization software that you feel is most appropriate for the organization. Provide a rationale for your recommendation.
Explore the major advantages and major disadvantages that your chosen organization may experience when using virtualization software. Give your opinion on whether or not you believe virtualization software is the right fit for your chosen company. Provide a rationale for your response.
Create a Microsoft Word table that identifies the advantages, disadvantages, computer requirements, initial costs, and future savings for an organization considering an engagement in virtualization.
Use at least six (6) quality resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources.
Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.
Section 2: PowerPoint Presentation

This discussion focuses on the comparison of two different types of CRM: Analytical and Operational. Some questions are asked regarding this so lets get started.
What type of operational and analytical CRM would Change.org need to function?
First lets look as an operational CRM: An operational CRM is going to focus and be geared more toward operations of functions in complete regards to the sales force, automation, and calling centers involving customer contacts and services.
An analytical CRM is more leaning toward a companies customer data and the history of transaction that make a business effective and profitable.
Both tools for each of these are parallel for the most part.
With all of this data presented, I would have to lean more toward operation CRM for Change.org
How could Change.org use marketing, sales and customer service CRM technologies to help raise awareness and donations for nonprofit causes? Explain your reasoning.
A non-profit CRM software may not just be enough. It really depends on the type of non-profit cause involved here to determine which CRM is best recommended. Based on the data known here though, I would still recommend the operational CRM because this is more toward the marketing, sales, and customer service aspects of the cause and plays a vital role in the needs of the company and the causes set forth. The metrics, financial transactions, and customer and company needs should be included in making the best choice for this as well.

PEER 2 
I am not sure how Change.org would employ operational CRM. I guess if they take a portion of the donations, they could use that to set up the nonprofit. Maybe they have a quicker method about becoming an approved nonprofit, charity organization, so people using the services could get their tax benefits. It was hard to understand exactly what it is that change.org does, this is not my wheel house. I would say that their primary focus would be analytical. They should try to figure out from previous success that others made, what the next big desire for change would be and try to bring it to their customers faster.

Analytical CRM is when companies garner customer data and transaction history to make business more effective. The tools and other resources used in operational CRM and analytical CRM are often essentially the same. The resources themselves are considered part of the business operations, or operational CRM.
How could Change.org use marketing, sales and customer service CRM technologies to help raise awareness and donations for nonprofit causes? Explain your reasoning.
By using a non profit CRM software. Because it plays a vital role in non profit organization. It can perform better in data reporting, event metrics, campaign responses, financial transactions, and other custom needs.
